"After my father passed, I realised none of us really knew what papers he held or where they were kept. Arunee and her team helped us work through everything in a way that was very calming. The printed checklists were genuinely useful and we kept referring to them for weeks afterwards."

"My wife and I have been in Bangkok twelve years and we have papers from three countries in various filing systems that made sense at the time. The Records Organising Workshop gave us a common framework at last. Takes half a day but worth every minute of it."

"I have been a member for over a year. The templates are thoughtfully made and practical. What I appreciate most is that the materials are updated — I received a new set of checklists in March and they were noticeably improved from the year before. Good value for a year's access."

On Nut, Bangkok

"I was not sure what to expect — it is not a common kind of service. But the session was entirely practical and the team was kind throughout. I came away knowing exactly what I had, what was filed where, and what I still needed to sort out. That clarity was what I had been looking for."

"Took my mother to the Records Workshop as a joint exercise — she has been meaning to sort her papers for several years. The session was accessible even for someone not particularly comfortable with paperwork as a topic. Somchai answered all our questions before we booked and that helped us feel prepared."

"Three generations of my family have papers kept in different ways. I did not know how to bring them together into a single, sensible system. The workshop gave me the vocabulary and the framework to begin. I have since started the membership as well, which feels like the right decision for our household."

Three Family Stories

A Multi-Property Household in Sathorn

The Situation

A family with inherited property across two provinces in Thailand had documents in three different physical locations and no single inventory. When a sibling abroad asked what the family held, nobody could give a confident answer.

The Session

Two family members attended the Inventory Session with the papers they had gathered from one location. Using the framework, they created a partial inventory and understood clearly what categories were still unaccounted for.

The Outcome

Within three weeks the family had extended the inventory to cover all locations. They then enrolled in the Membership for ongoing access to templates. The sibling abroad now has a digital copy of the complete inventory.

"We did not realise how straightforward it could be with the right framework. The session was the push we needed to actually start."

An Expat Family Preparing to Relocate

The Situation

A couple based in Bangkok for eight years were planning a move back to Europe. They had accumulated documents in Thai and English and were unsure how to organise them in a way that would be useful after the move.

The Session

The Records Organising Workshop gave both partners a common vocabulary and a category system they agreed on. The facilitator focused the general education elements on how families with cross-border records typically approach organisation.

The Outcome

The couple spent a weekend applying the workshop framework to their own papers and found the process significantly less daunting than they had expected. They completed their filing before the move and reported feeling notably more prepared.

"Half a day that saved us considerable stress at a genuinely busy time. Very well spent."

A Solo Household Planning Ahead

The Situation

An individual in their early sixties decided they wanted their records to be well-organised so that, if needed, a family member could understand what existed and where. There was no crisis — simply a desire to be prepared and considerate.

The Session

They attended an Inventory Session and subsequently joined the Family Archive Membership. Over the following year, they worked steadily through the membership templates, adding to and refining their records at their own pace.

The Outcome

By the end of the first membership year, they had a complete, clearly organised inventory with a simple guide attached. They renewed their membership and described the ongoing process as "peaceful rather than pressing."

"I approached this as a kindness to my family rather than a task to complete. The membership kept it feeling that way."
